I’ve found out that while working out on Home Gyms, lifting Weights is the best way to loose fat while changing your body shape. Cardio and keeping up a good diet are important but weight and strength training are the key to a stronger and healthier body.
Muscles burn more calories than fat, so the more muscles you develop the more calories you will burn through out the day. You will also raise your metabolism, strengthen your bones and improve your balance and coordination with a good strength training program.
