Most times, you’ll find that lingerie is made of delicate material and will either need to be hand-washed or dry cleaned. The latter, of course, can be rather inconvenient. I would recommend using something like Dryel, if you plan on cleaning a garment often. It wouldn’t hurt, however, to take it to a professional periodically.
If you have something like plus size lingerie, then hand-washing your undergarments might be the way to go. You could also follow the cleaning instructions provided by the manufacturer or the place of purchase.
