Nothing tidies up a yard more effectively

Compost Topsoil
Topdress Your Lawn to Improve Your Turfs Soil, Healthy soil

putting your home on the market, rake a quarter-inch layer of
topsoil, compost or peat moss over your lawn. This topdressing
of organic material will incrementally be integrated into the

tall type fescue assortment. In the spring use a perennial
ryegrass and tall type fescue mixture. Water seed and new
seedlings every day for 3 weeks so they do not dry out. The
lawn will look better in about 3 to 4 weeks.

pruning. Prune dead and damaged limbs from bushes and little
trees. Trim branches one by one to tidy up and shape overgrown
bushes so that they keep a natural aspect.
